Thinking of Downsizing? You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone.
I'm DK SHITTU, REALTOR® with LPT Realty. I help people across Edmonton and the Greater Edmonton Area plan their next chapter, one clear step at a time.
Downsizing goes best when you take it in parts: sort your things, pick the right next home, then time the sale. You set the pace. There's no rush.

Here's How I Help Downsizers
1. Sorting your belongings.
Years of memories live in those closets. I help you think through keep, gift and let-go, one room at a time, so the house feels lighter before it goes on the market.
2. Choosing your next home type.
Bungalow, condo or townhouse. We talk through stairs, outdoor space, monthly costs and how close you want to be to family, your doctor and the places you love.
3. Timing the sale.
Sell first, buy first, or try to line both up. Each path has trade-offs. I'll walk you through which one fits your situation, and connect you with a lender when bridge financing comes up.
4. Hand-holding from first chat to keys.
Showings, offers, conditions, closing. Questions at any step? Just ask. I'll keep the plan clear and the pressure low.
Looking Around Southwest Edmonton?
Rutherford and the wider Heritage Valley area often come up when people want main-floor living, parks nearby and a mix of bungalows, townhouses and condos. They're examples of places I serve, not the only ones.
Tell me which communities matter to you and we'll start there.
I help downsizers across Edmonton and the Greater Edmonton Area, including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont and Fort Saskatchewan.
